Expediter
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Expediter to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams at The Den. As an Expediter, you will play a key role in guaranteeing that food orders are correctly prepared and delivered to guests in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Reports to: Assistant General Manager, General Manager
Responsibilities
Coordinate communication between the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
Check food orders for accuracy, presentation, and quality before they are sent to guests.
Organize completed dishes by table and help servers deliver orders when necessary.
Manage order tickets and prioritize tasks to keep the workflow efficient and organized.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to address any issues or delays that may arise.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expediting area.
Support the team during peak times to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus but not required.
