Expediter


Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Expediter to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams at The Den. As an Expediter, you will play a key role in guaranteeing that food orders are correctly prepared and delivered to guests in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Reports to: Assistant General Manager, General Manager

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication between the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.

  • Check food orders for accuracy, presentation, and quality before they are sent to guests.

  • Organize completed dishes by table and help servers deliver orders when necessary.

  • Manage order tickets and prioritize tasks to keep the workflow efficient and organized.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to address any issues or delays that may arise.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expediting area.

  • Support the team during peak times to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
