The Den in Revelstoke, BC is looking to build its management team with a Spring 2025 open! We are looking for enthusiastic industry leaders to join us in this new adventure. The Den is a pub-style restaurant with a modern nordic feel, where you can watch the game, or enjoy a nice glass of wine. Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business success. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage staff, optimize processes, and maintain a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in daily operations and strategic planning.
Supervise and train staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with front and back of house to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Assist in budget management and financial reporting as directed by the General Manager.
Skills
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and customers.
Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and operational software is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
